Sold in Sand Point!

Are you Country Club shopping?  You may be interested in checking out the Sand Point Country Club located in the northeast part of Seattle.

Sand Point Country Club boasts that it is the only private 18-hole golf club in Seattle that offers all the amenities of a country club – golf, tennis, swimming, fitness facility, and restaurant.  They only allow 400 members so interested golfers should expect to be placed on a waiting list.

I just sold this 2,800 square foot, mid-century home for $1,492.500 in the prized neighborhood.  Although the lot is only 7,200 square feet,  it features gorgeous, mature Japanese maples in the back yard creating privacy for the entertainer’s patio. Although they loved the location and the extensive amenities offered at the Club, my buyers are getting away from it all and semi-retiring to Bend, Oregon.
