Real Estate Coddess Unveils the Emerald City

I am the Real Estate Coddess.  Welcome to my “everything surrounding Seattle” blog! I hope to bring to you not just engaging content about our crazy Seattle real estate market but also share with you great parks and restaurants in the area.  I’ll choose events and topics that will interest you as someone looking to relocate or make a move within the surrounding Puget Sound region.

I love watching the transformation of homes and as someone who is “DIY certified,”  I can share with you some of my own successes in home improvement as well as the ideas that maybe didn’t work out so well.

You may live in Seattle but need some ideas of where to go to take advantage of all that our city offers.  I’ve lived here my whole life and have watched the city change into one of the most vibrant and sought after regions in the country.  In Seattle, my husband, Tracy, and I have bought and sold many homes as well as a condo and we were even fortunate to own a floating home.   All of these housing options have their pros and cons and as your real estate professional I can help you navigate through the process of buying and selling your home.  This is a great place to live and I can help unveil what the Emerald City has to offer.
